Real contractors, real homeowners, and a platform built to scale territory by territory.
The Model

One membership.
Every service your home needs.

TwizTek runs on LevelPass™ — a flat monthly membership that replaces the old cycle of quotes, surprise bills, and one-off contractors. See the full breakdown →

1
One flat monthly rate
No per-job quotes. Members pay a predictable price every month, set by TwizTek based on their home.
2
Your payments become credit
Every payment adds to a balance that never expires. Unused credit rolls forward, month after month.
3
Only ever pay the difference
If a job costs more than your balance, you're charged just the shortfall — never the full price.
4
Vetted local contractors
Background-checked, insured pros claim jobs from a live regional pool — no random strangers, no cold calls.
5
The same contractor, whenever possible
Once someone completes your first job in a service, they're offered your next one first — before anyone else in the network sees it.

Idea originated08.2025
HeadquartersMonroe, GA

TwizTek started as an idea in August 2025, in Jayden Twilley's first month of college — the question of why home services still ran on scattered quotes and one-off contractors when nearly everything else had moved to membership and subscription models.

That question became a plan, and on January 1, 2026, TwizTek Holdings, Inc. was formally founded in Monroe, Georgia. The company was built around a simple thesis: home services should work like a utility — one flat rate, real accountability, and money that never just disappears when it isn't spent.

Today, Jayden leads TwizTek Holdings as Founder and CEO, overseeing the company's brand portfolio, its regional operator network, and the LevelPass™ membership platform that ties it all together.

Why TwizTek

Built to be trusted, not just used.

01
Predictable, always
One flat rate, every month, every season. No surprise invoices, no re-quoting.
02
Your money, accounted for
Every dollar you pay is tracked as real credit — never a use-it-or-lose-it gimmick.
03
Vetted, local, accountable
Every contractor is background-checked and insured before they ever claim a job.
Who's In Your Home

Not everyone who applies gets in.

We're deliberately strict about who joins the network — the same trust our members are placing in us, we place in every contractor before they ever see a job.

1
Real insurance, verified
Every contractor carries valid business insurance naming TwizTek as an additional insured — checked before approval, not just taken on their word.
2
Background checked
A clean background check is required before anyone can claim a single job — no exceptions.
3
Real equipment, real standards
Commercial-grade equipment only — no one shows up under-equipped for the job they're doing.
4
The same contractor, whenever possible
Once a contractor completes your first job in a service, future requests in that service go to them first — before anyone else in the network sees them. No rotating strangers by default.
Applying doesn't mean joining
Contractors who don't clear every one of these checks don't get access to jobs in your neighborhood — full stop. It's a strict, deliberately unhurried process, because the whole point of LevelPass™ is that you shouldn't have to vet whoever shows up at your door. We already did.
Expanding Beyond Monroe

Regional franchise licenses — coming January 2027.

TwizTek is opening exclusive territory licenses to regional operators nationwide. Applications are open now, ahead of launch.

The Membership Behind Every Brand

LevelPass

One flat monthly rate. Your payments become credit that never expires. Here's exactly how it works — the real mechanics, including the parts most companies bury in fine print.

How It Works

Four things happen, in order.

LevelPass™ replaces the old cycle of one-off quotes with a single ongoing membership. Here's the actual sequence, start to finish.

1
You're placed on a monthly rate
Based on your home and the services you want, TwizTek sets your flat monthly price. You're not negotiating or picking à la carte pricing yourself.
2
Every payment becomes credit
Your monthly payment adds to a running balance. If you don't use a service one month, that money isn't lost — it rolls forward and stays available.
3
Jobs draw down your balance
When you book a service, its cost is checked against your balance first. If your balance covers it, nothing new is charged.
4
You only ever pay the difference
If a job costs more than your balance covers, you're charged just the shortfall — never the full price of the job.
Worked Example
3 months at $149/mo$447.00 balance
Pressure washing job$500.00
You're charged$53.00
⏱ 12-month membership term

LevelPass™ is a 12-month commitment.

This isn't a month-to-month, cancel-whenever plan — and we want to be upfront about exactly why. Full details on cancelling early are on the Cancellation Policy page.

Why a term exists at all
Flat pricing only works if it's predictable on both sides. The 12-month term is what lets TwizTek offer the same rate in January as in July, and what lets contractors count on steady work instead of scrambling for one-off jobs. It's the thing that makes flat pricing possible in the first place — not a way to trap you.
Questions

Before you join

Do I pick my own price, or does TwizTek?
TwizTek sets your monthly tier based on your home and the services included. You're not negotiating pricing yourself — that's part of what keeps the rate flat and predictable.
Does my rate change month to month?
No. Your flat rate stays the same in every billing cycle for the length of your term, regardless of season or how many services you actually use that month.
What happens automatically after 12 months?
Nothing — your term doesn't auto-renew. You choose whether to continue.

For Contractors

Real local jobs, sent straight to you. You stay independent — your business, your license, your liability, your call on every job.

What TwizTek Actually Is

A dispatch platform, not a general contractor.

TwizTek doesn't manage your jobs, hold your license, or sit between you and your liability. We're the platform that gets local homeowners in front of you — nothing more, nothing less. You quote the job, you do the job, you carry your own insurance and licensing exactly like you already do today.

Why that distinction matters
TwizTek doesn't hold your license or carry your liability — that stays with you, exactly like it does today. Pricing runs within a fair reference range so both sides are protected, and jobs come to you through the platform rather than you sourcing every lead yourself — but the licensing, insurance, and legal responsibility for the work performed is yours, not ours.
How It Works

Four things happen, in order.

1
A job lands in your pool
Homeowners in your territory request services in your vertical. Jobs broadcast to every contractor who matches — no operator hand-picks who gets what.
2
You quote your own price
You submit what you need to be paid. A reference range keeps quotes fair on both sides — inside it, you're accepted instantly; outside it, it's reviewed before anything reaches the homeowner.
3
First to accept, locks it in
No penalty for passing on a job that doesn't fit your schedule — it just moves to the next contractor in the pool.
4
You get paid directly
Real payouts through Stripe, straight to your account, once the completed job is verified.
Who We're Looking For

Lawn care, exterior cleaning, and home services pros.

TwizTek is built around recurring home maintenance — lawn care, pressure washing, house cleaning, and similar services. We're not a general contracting platform and don't take on construction-scope projects that would need one.

What you keep

Your own business, your own license, your own insurance, your own equipment, your own schedule. TwizTek doesn't require branding or a uniform.

What we require

Valid business insurance, a clean background check, and your own commercial-grade equipment for your vertical.

Own Your Territory

Regional Operator Franchise

License a TwizTek brand in your own exclusive territory. Real revenue, real ownership, real support — you run the ground game, we run the platform.

📋 Now accepting applications · Territories activate January 2027
What You're Actually Buying

Exclusive rights to run a TwizTek brand in your territory.

A regional operator franchise gives you the exclusive right to operate a TwizTek brand — Pristine, Lawnr, or another division — in a defined territory. You manage local contractors, approve completed jobs, and grow real member revenue. TwizTek gives you the brand, the dispatch platform, the payment system, and the playbook already built.

Why this is different from starting your own company
You're not building software, a payment system, or a brand from zero — that's already done. You're licensing a proven system and putting in the local work: managing contractors, approving jobs, growing your territory's member base. The startup risk is already absorbed; what's left is real operating work with a real payout.
Applicants already working in the trades are strongly preferred
If you already run a lawn crew, cleaning company, or similar trades business, you can typically handle a much larger share of your own territory's jobs from day one — no ramp-up period. Under the same structure, that alone can mean 60%+ more monthly income than a first-time operator starting from scratch, since more of the work (and the 60% contractor cut that comes with it) is already yours to do.
The Real Numbers

Two income streams, not one.

A regional operator earns two ways: as a hands-on contractor working jobs yourself (or managing a small crew) in your own territory, plus a royalty on your territory's total margin — paid automatically as jobs complete, on top of what you personally earn doing the work.

Territory Income Calculator
Your territory's monthly collections $18,000
Stream 1 — Your contractor earnings (jobs you personally work or oversee)$3,240.00
Stream 2 — Your royalty (35% of TwizTek's territory margin)$945.00
Your total monthly income $4,185.00
This assumes you personally handle around 30% of your territory's jobs — realistic for a hands-on operator early on, and adjustable as you build out your own crew. Both streams grow directly with your territory.
Why it's structured this way
A royalty alone on a thin service margin isn't enough to build a real income — we did the math honestly and it doesn't work as a standalone model. Real regional operators earn primarily by working in their territory, same as most successful local service franchises. The royalty is a genuine bonus on top, not your whole paycheck.

Starter kit included
Signage, business cards, welcome packet — full apparel kit for first-time operators
Two kit paths, based on your situation
Every kit includes territory-branded yard signs, door hangers, business cards, and a printed copy of the Regional Operator playbook. If you're starting fresh, that's paired with branded shirts, hats, and vehicle magnets, since TwizTek becomes your local identity. If you already run your own trades business, we skip the apparel — you keep your own brand on your crew and truck, and the kit focuses on what actually markets the membership program alongside it.
How It Actually Works

Six steps, start to finish.

1
Territory reserved
Your license fee reserves your territory exclusively — no other operator can license the same brand in your area while your agreement is active.
2
Agreement signed
Regional Operator Agreement, brand standards, and territory terms — signed and timestamped before anything ships.
3
Starter kit ships
Branded materials, onboarding docs, and everything needed to start operating under the brand from day one.
4
Full onboarding
A real walkthrough of the platform, pricing, contractor vetting, and what's expected in your first 60 days.
5
You go live
Real members, real contractors, real jobs — your territory's dispatch runs through the same platform every TwizTek brand runs on.
6
Monthly reporting
Revenue reports and royalty payments on a set monthly cycle — transparent, consistent, no surprises on either side.
Questions

Before you apply

Is my territory really exclusive?+
Yes — while your agreement is active, no other operator can license the same brand within your defined territory.
What happens if I don't hit my numbers?+
This is real operating work, not a passive investment — your revenue depends on how actively you grow your territory's member base and manage contractors well. TwizTek provides the platform and playbook; the local execution is yours.
Can I run more than one territory?+
Once your first territory is established and performing well, expanding to additional territories is possible — reach out directly to discuss.
What happens at the end of the 2-year term?+
Terms are eligible for renewal based on performance and standing — this isn't automatic, it's a real conversation at the end of the term.
Is the license fee refundable?+
No — the license fee reflects the immediate transfer of brand access, territory rights, and training materials once paid.
Why does my territory activate in January 2027 if I apply now?+
Applications are open ahead of launch so territories can be reviewed and assigned properly — no two operators competing for the same area, no rushed onboarding. Applying early means first consideration for your preferred territory before it's gone.
Do I need to already work in the trades to apply?+
It's not a strict requirement, but it's a real preference — applicants who already run a lawn crew, cleaning business, or similar trades operation are typically approved faster and earn meaningfully more from day one, since they can handle a larger share of their own territory's jobs immediately instead of building that capacity from scratch.

How It Actually Works

Step by step

1 Request cancellation

You submit a cancellation request through TwizTek Home. The system immediately calculates your fee based on months remaining in your term.

2 Balance and fee are compared

If your remaining LevelPass™ balance covers the fee, the difference is refunded to you. If it doesn't, the shortfall is charged to your card on file.

3 Cancellation completes

Your membership only finalizes as cancelled once any owed balance clears. This protects you too — you're never in a state where you've "left" but still owe an untracked amount.

Your balance is always refunded, minus the fee
You're never charged the termination fee and denied your remaining balance on top of it. Whatever's left after the fee comes back to you.
If your term is already complete
There's no fee at all once you've completed your 12 months. Your full remaining balance is refunded and your membership simply ends.
Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything homeowners and contractors ask most, in one place. Tap a question to expand it.

LevelPass™ & Billing

Membership

Can I cancel anytime with no consequence?+
Not during your 12-month term — see the Cancellation Policy page for exactly what a given month of cancellation costs. After your term completes, there's no fee to leave.
What happens to unused credit if I never book a service?+
It stays in your balance indefinitely — LevelPass™ credit never expires on its own. It's only ever reduced by services you actually book, or by an early termination fee if you cancel before your term is complete.
Do I pick my own price, or does TwizTek?+
TwizTek sets your monthly tier based on your home and the services included. You're not negotiating pricing yourself — that's part of what keeps the rate flat and predictable.
What happens automatically after 12 months?+
Nothing — your term doesn't auto-renew. You choose whether to continue.

Contractors

How do jobs get assigned to me?+
Jobs aren't assigned by a person — they broadcast to every contractor in your region and vertical at once. First to accept locks it in. You can decline anything that doesn't fit your schedule with no penalty.
Do I set my own price on a job?+
You quote within a company-set reference range for that service type. Quotes inside the range are accepted instantly; quotes outside it are held for a quick review before anything is billed to the homeowner.
How and when do I get paid?+
Payouts go through Stripe, directly to your connected account, once your completed job is reviewed and approved.

Company

Is TwizTek Holdings a real, incorporated company?+
Yes — TwizTek Holdings, Inc. was founded January 1, 2026 in Monroe, Georgia. See the Home page for the full founding story.
